That's how I discovered this wonderful song titled Wonderful, Wonderful. The song came at the very very end when Karen McClusky passed away and the daughter of Susan Mayer, Julie, gave birth to the daughter of Porter Scavo, one of the twin of Lynette and Tom Scavo.

This same song was used in The X-Files episode Home.
