Jean-Jacques Goldman is a French singer & songwriter. The 63-year-old won Grammy Award for Album of the Year in 1990. Accroding to Wikipedia, since 2003, he has been the second-highest-grossing French living pop-rock singer, after Johnny Hallyday.

Omar Sy is a French comedian who came into the French scene with his TV sketch with Fred Testot, called Omar et Fred. He became famous after his role in French film "The Intouchables", which became the second most ever viewed French film of all time in the French box office.
He received the César Award for Best Actor on 24 February 2012 for his role in the comedy-drama film making him the first black actor to win the honorary French award. In 2014, he played the role of mutant Bishop in american superhero film X-Men: Days of Future. He also played in Samba, another French comedy-drama film which made big success. He is part of the cast of the fourth episode of the Jurassic Park saga, Jurassic World which will be released in June 2015.

He became an international star after his breakthrough success in 2011 for his role in "The Artist". The role won him numerous awards, He became the first French actor in history to win the Academy Award for Best Actor. He was also nominated for the César award of the best actor but lost it to Omar Sy for his role in Intouchables.
In 2013, he appeared in american comedy film "The Wolf of Wall Street" and George Clooney's 2014 historical drama "The Monuments Men".

The 87 year-old is survivor from the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp where she lost part of her family, she is the Honorary President of the Fondation pour la Mémoire de la Shoah.She was elected to the Académie française in November 2008.

She was elected President of the European Parliament in 1979 which she served as until 1982. She was the 12th President and the first female President since the Parliament was created in 195.

He started as a comedian and became famous with his sketches and his one-man shows but his role in the film Joyeux Noël in 2005 put him on the international scene. One of his most successful film is Bienvenue chez les Ch'tis which he directed was released in February 2008. He also played a role in the comedy which went on to break French box-office records. That same year, he became the highest-paid actor in European film history, netting 26 million Euro. He is the president of the 40th César Awards ceremony which is scheduled to take place on 20 February 2015, at the Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris.

The 62-year-old is said to suffering from alcohol addiction which is why his wife divorced him in 2011. In 2014, a collective of 15 artists released a series of two tribute album containing 14 tracks each of interpretations of his songs under the title La Bande à Renaud. The first was released on the 9th of June and the second on the 27th of October. Renan Luce, a French singer and songwriter, who is also the husband to his daughter Lolita Séchan, is part of the group "La Bande à Renaud".
